All photos in the image gallery have limited rights and are for free-of-charge to use with the aim to promote Haapsalu and Läänemaa, also Estonia as a tourism destination outside Estonia.

Conditions for use of photos
The user of the photobank (hereinafter the User) of Läänemaa Turism (hereinafter the LT) is obliged to follow the following conditions for use of photos:
  1. The User is entitled to use the photos in the whole world according to the usage field mentioned in clause 2. The User can use photos without a term and without the right to pass on a photos
  2. The User is entitled to use the photos for the purpose of introducing the Haapsalu, Läänemaa and the state of Estonia, also with the aim to perceive Estonia widely as tourism destination and interested destination of tourism both in the Estonian territory and abroad in the publications, websites, print, mobile, outdoor advertising, presentations, visual designs (hereinafter the usage field).
  3. The User is entitled to use the photos in the given form, including the enlargement and diminishing of the photos. The essential changing of photos and deviation from the usage field is not allowed.
  4. The User is obliged to notify LT of the actual use of the photos through the LT email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or by phone +372 473 3248.
  5. The User is obliged to immediately notify LT of any violation of the right of use of the photos by the third parties discovered by the User.
  6. The User is obliged to mark the name of the author of the photo, if possible, in publishing the photo.
  7. In violation of the conditions for use of the photos by the User LT is entitled to forbid the further use of the photos of the photobank of LT by the User, also LT is entitled to use all civil law means for the protection of the copyrights.
  8. In material changing of the photos or deviation from the usage field LT is entitled to require the penal fine of up to 25 000 kroons per each violation.
